And we're not talking about you're average blow dry and freshly painted nails.

No, Celebrity Big Brother 2017 house mate Bianca Gascoigne has gone to extreme lengths to make sure that she is picture perfect for the house.

From fresh hair extensions, a bum lift, Botox and eyelash extensions – we'll be shocked if Big Brother finds an imperfection on the blonde bombshell.

Bianca is famous for her incredibly long blonde locks.

Which means – of course – that they needed some attention before the 30 year old walked into the house.

“People always come and ask me about my hair extensions and I always tell them I wish it was all mine but it's not.”

It may not be her hair, but Bianca is going into the CBB house with the glossiest locks.

Bum Lift

Three weeks before the show launched, Bianca made a visit to Shane Cooper for a non- surgical butt lift – and she even filmed it for us.

With all cameras on her in the Big Brother house, it appears that Bianca even wanted her derriere to look perfect.

Obviously ecstatic with the results, Bianca showed off her new toned bottom on Instagram, captioning the image: "So pleased with my results @shanecooperuk #BumLift."

Bianca opts for the non-surgical route for a firm behind [Instagram] Botox

Just like her hair, the famous glamour model is not shy when it comes to talking about Botox either.

Bianca has admitted to having Botox [Instagram]

"I got my first bit of Botox when I was 26-years-old. It's very addictive and I understand why," Bianca told FEMAIL.

"You start thinking that you need to do everything. It makes you feel better and it's totally understandable why some people can't see the limit."

Eyelash Extensions

With all eyes on her, Bianca made sure that her own eyes were perfect.

Which means one thing – eyelash extensions.

Two days before she walked up the dreaded stairs into the house, the former Love Island star added to her long list of beauty treatments.

Regular gym sessions

Wanting to stay in model shape before the show, Bianca tells FEMAIL: "I've been trying to work out as much as possible but it's quite hard when you're working nights to try and fit it in.

"I do half an hour of cardio and then I'll either work legs, bum or arms depending on what I've done the day before. Keeping fit makes you feel good."

On top of all this, the star has also had her teeth whitened, new Shellac nails and a spray tan.
